Businesses listing their services are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information.
Biz Launch 360 acts as a platform connecting businesses and professionals and is not responsible
for agreements, disputes, services rendered, or financial transactions between users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Biz Launch 360 website, including logos, graphics, text, templates,
downloads, videos, software, and branding, is the property of Biz Launch 360 unless otherwise
stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Payments

All fees must be paid in accordance with the selected membership or service.
Pricing may change without prior notice, but existing subscriptions will continue under the
agreed billing terms until renewal.
Limitation of Liability

CANCELLATION POLICY

Biz Launch 360 understands that plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations are
handled.

Memberships
Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account or by contacting
us.

Cancellation will prevent future billing. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the
current paid billing period.

Consultations

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or
forfeiture of the consultation.

Custom Projects

Custom services including:
• Business Plans
• Financial Projections
• Marketing Plans
• Website Development
• Branding
• Business Consulting
may only be cancelled before work begins.
Once work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply based on work already completed.

Events

Cancellation policies for workshops, webinars, and conferences will be stated during registration.

Where applicable, substitutes may attend in place of the registered participant.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This policy applies to both digital and physical products offered through Biz Launch 360.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, email, or user accounts
immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that a valid email address is provided.

Professional Services

Business consulting, business plans, financial projections, website development, and other
custom services are delivered according to the agreed project timeline.
Delivery times vary depending on the scope of work.

Marketplace Products

Products or services purchased directly from Marketplace vendors are subject to each vendor's
individual delivery policy.
Biz Launch 360 is not responsible for shipping arrangements made between buyers and
Marketplace vendors.

Future Physical Products

If Biz Launch 360 offers physical products in the future:

• Orders will be processed within the stated processing time.
• Delivery charges will be displayed before payment.
• Customers will receive tracking information where available.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services.

Delays
Biz Launch 360 is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, courier services,
strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
